*If your school has fewer than 100 students and is unable to pay the minimum fee, consider combining with another school or contact our Youth Touring Team to discuss your options.
How to book in five simple steps:
- Select your experiences
Identify your school’s touring region and select your creative learning experiences. Complete our easy online booking form or submit by fax or post. You will receive an email confirming your booking request.
You will receive confirmation of your performance dates and times via email. Term 1 and Term 2 performance dates are released in December and Term 3 and Term 4 dates are released in April.
- Tax Invoice and Second Confirmation
One month prior to the performance your school will receive a tax invoice for the 50% deposit and a confirmation phone call from the Youth Touring Team.
Complete and return the Performance Feedback Form so we know how things went.
- Final Invoice
Contact the Youth Touring Team to confirm student attendance. Once complete, an invoice will be sent and payment is required within 7 days of the performance date.
