A MAGICAL FAIRY TALE FOR THE LITTLEST LOVERS OF DANCE AND MUSIC
Set in the Australian bush, The Little Green Road to Fairyland takes audiences on a charming journey with colourful sets and costumes that will delight all ages. Inspired by the original 1922 tale by Annie R. Rentoul and Ida Rentoul Outhwaite, this whimsical production will spark the imagination of young audiences with a tale of love, hope, compassion and a touch of fairy magic.
QMF Artistic Director and soprano songstress, Katie Noonan, will join Queensland Ballet dancers for select performances (Saturday 13 July, 3.30pm & Sunday 14 July, 1.00pm), and along with Paul Boyd’s mesmerising choreography and Elena Kats-Chernin’s original score The Little Green Road to Fairyland will enchant audiences of all ages.
